Em 2016, \u00faltimo ano do governo Dilma, o or\u00e7amento foi de R$106 bilh\u00f5es, mas no primeiro ano de Michel Temer, j\u00e1 com o Teto de Gastos em vigor, subiu para R$111 bilh\u00f5es e, em 2018, para R$112 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dilma definiu em R$101 bilh\u00f5es o or\u00e7amento da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o em 2014. Passou a R$110 bi em 2015 e o reduziu a R$106 bilh\u00f5es em 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A \u201cPEC do Teto\u201d na verdade limita o total de gastos do governo, como forma de aos poucos acabar a farra de regalias do setor p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para aumentar gastos em \u00e1reas essenciais como educa\u00e7\u00e3o e sa\u00fade, os governos ser\u00e3o obrigados a reduzir desperd\u00edcios e mordomias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No DF, propaganda de candidata do PT diz que havia \u201cpleno emprego\u201d no governo Dilma.
