Mas o que pode ser isso?<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dor na lateral do abd\u00f4men<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conversamos com\u00a0Fellipe Savioli, m\u00e9dico do esporte e membro da Sociedade Brasileira de Ortopedia e Traumatologia. Ele explicou quais s\u00e3o as poss\u00edveis causas da\u00a0<strong>dor na lateral do abd\u00f4men<\/strong>.\u00a0<i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cUma poss\u00edvel causa \u00e9 a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do volume da respira\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso pode ocorrer devido ao aumento da quantidade de alimentos no trato digestivo. Assim, o atleta pratica a atividade f\u00edsica com uma amplitude pulmonar pequena associada a uma frequ\u00eancia respirat\u00f3ria alta\u201d, explica o especialista.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Fellipe continua: \u201cAl\u00e9m disso, se voc\u00ea for fazer um treino intervalado ou com intensidade cont\u00ednua alta, a maior parte do sangue ser\u00e1 direcionado aos m\u00fasculos e vasos sangu\u00edneos, sobrando pouco para o intestino. Como consequ\u00eancia, o alimento demora mais tempo para ser absorvido, e esse intervalo prolongado pode causar c\u00f3licas e diarreia.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cEssa dor tamb\u00e9m pode ocorrer por erro alimentar, como tomar gel e n\u00e3o ingerir a quantidade m\u00ednima de \u00e1gua necess\u00e1ria (300 ml), \u201cpuxando\u201d mais \u00e1gua dos tecidos em volta para dentro do intestino. Por fim, a \u00faltima causa s\u00e3o as dores musculares propriamente ditas, causadas por um grande esfor\u00e7o durante a atividade f\u00edsica.
