Mas os pesquisadores agora est\u00e3o se debru\u00e7ando sobre os efeitos da\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/saude.abril.com.br\/tudo-sobre\/musculacao\"><strong>muscula\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2014 e um\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1002\/dmrr.3143\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">estudo do Hospital Universit\u00e1rio de Guangxi<\/a>, na China, d\u00e1 um bom exemplo disso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nele, 137 volunt\u00e1rios com\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/saude.abril.com.br\/tv-saude\/saude-em-90-segundos\/o-que-e-o-pre-diabetes\/\">pr\u00e9-diabetes<\/a>\u00a0(quando os n\u00edveis de a\u00e7\u00facar no sangue est\u00e3o alterados, por\u00e9m ainda n\u00e3o atingiram um patamar cr\u00edtico) foram separados em quatro grupos. Sabe-se, por exemplo, que ela promove panes cardiovasculares.
