Ele seria o condutor do ve\u00edculo e estaria embriagado no momento do acidente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Presid\u00eancia do TJPE tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e1 enviar informa\u00e7\u00f5es para instru\u00e7\u00e3o de Pedido de Provid\u00eancia (PP) instaurado pelo corregedor nacional de Justi\u00e7a, ministro Luis Felipe Salom\u00e3o.
